Pineapple Fibre Yarn is part of our range of yarns made from special plant-based materials, on cones for machine knitting.

Pineapple Fibre Yarn is made from the leaves of pineapple plants which are normally burnt after harvest, diverting waste into a useful co-product of food production, making this yarn a sustainable choice.

It has a slightly irregular and slightly fluffy texture. This is an undyed ecru coloured yarn; try dyeing it yourself with dyes suitable for plant-based fibres like cotton and viscose.
