Shipping policy

We dispatch orders from Monday to Friday. If you place an order on a Saturday or Sunday, the soonest it will be dispatched would be Monday.

UK Deliveries
We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for deliveries. You will receive an email from Royal Mail with the tracking details for your parcel.

If you want your order sooner than this, you can select Store Pickup, or either collect it when it is ready, or send your own courier to fetch it, during the shop’s opening hours.

USA Deliveries
We ship orders from the UK, using Royal Mail International Tracked. You will receive an email from Royal Mail with the tracking details for your parcel. 

Deliveries to the USA take 6-10 business days. We ship orders to the USA Postage Delivery Duty Paid, which means you will get no additional customs charges. These are all included in the price you pay us.
