This yarn is ideal for both hand knitting, crochet, and chunky gauge machine knitting. It is equivalent to Double Knit (DK) yarn. It's a similar thickness to our Cotton Tube Stuffed Yarn.
Like all our yarns this is designed for machine knitting and is sold greasy, and will go through your knitting machine more smoothly than a yarn designed for hand knitting. Once the grease is washed off it will feel super soft.
