The finest quality melange pure wool yarn, on cones for machine knitting, spun in Yorkshire and with an extensive range of colours inspired by British landscapes.
Wool fibres dyed into slightly varied colour tones are spun together to create the melange effect in this yarn with a great depth of colour.
This is not quite as soft as our supersoft 2/17s Lambswool, but the unique colour effect more than makes up for this.
This is the classic yarn for knitting jumpers. We love to use this yarn for jacquard, Fair Isle patterns, and when plied up cable hats, scarfs and shawls.
