Accessory Making Class: How to Knit a French Beret

The accessory making classes build on the knowledge learnt at the beginners class, and are designed for you to learn a number of more intermediate level knitting techniques, with plenty of time to practice and experiment.

For the accessory making classes, learners need to have attended the Beginners class, or already have sufficient knowledge in using the knitting machine.

In this How to Knit a French Beret class we learn:

• Short Row Knitting
• Following a Pattern
• Adding a Hem
• Linking
• Adding a Tail

You will take away a complete (or nearly complete) hat, and the skills to make more!

We use Brother knitting machines on the course. All equipment and yarns will be provided, along with technical notes to take home, with instructions for everything we've covered in the class.
